This is what you’re missing if you live in North Bergen! I was skeptical when they introduced themselves Peruvian and Japanese Fusion Cuisine as an Asian, but why not try? I don’t regret it at all but I loved it. When they explain about the food and say “Peruvian Sauce,” you cannot skip it because it goes along so well with the fresh ingredients they use. I can see some Japanese feature from the food but they are more of Peruvian feature speaking of flavor, and I will say I LOVED IT. Also, the one and only waitress Paz will help you what to order and how the food is like, and also super attentive! Top notch service so definitely try your first great experience with Paz.

10/10 experience! The food and service was incredible! The scallops were actually insanely good. This is better than most spots around here is easily a 5 star experience! I loved the oysters and the octopus - perfect for seafood lovers!

Top notch food, service and ambiance! Hats off to the chef and staff for treating us with such warmth and attentiveness. Now, the food was on another level. Who would imagine Peruvian fare would blend so elegantly with Japanese cuisine? Honorable mention to our server, Paz, who described the elements in each dish and was so sweet! Kudos to her. Much luck for this wonderful restaurant and its crew. Definitely coming back.
